The Quinlan Security Group has been serving Chicagoland and NW Indiana for over 30 years. We've grown up from a small lock business to a leader in IP video surveillance, access control, high security locks and service, and the latest in residential and commercial burglary and fire alarms. At Quinlan, we pride ourselves on being a friendly and knowledgeable source for any and all of your security needs.

Our company was founded by Bob Quinlan in 1977 like many start-up companies, in a garage and on a part-time basis. After only a short time Bob resigned his full time position and devoted his time solely to building his dream of a locksmith business.

With the help of his wife, Judy, and his friend, Roy Miller Sr., he opened a 200 sq. ft. shop in South Holland, IL. After only a year the business was forced to expand to a 1,200 sq. ft. location.

Along with growth came change. Alarm systems and expanded security services continued to push the business forward. Today, Quinlan Security Systems has a staff of 10 and operates out of a 4,800 sq. ft. facility in Mokena, IL.

As experienced security specialists, we focus our business on informing our customers rather than locating people that we can send bills. Education is our greatest asset. A state of the art system will fail unless properly designed and implemented. Every home and business is different, individual behavior is different, and your security system must reflect that. Our systems are all designed specific to our customer's security needs and habits.
